The proceedings for full papers will be published by Springer in the LNCS series. Authors must submit manuscripts using the LNCS style. The suggested number of pages (including Figures, Tables, and References) is 14, and the maximum number of pages is 16. Manuscripts not submitted in the LNCS style or having more than 16 pages may not be reviewed and thus automatically rejected. The final, camera-ready version must not exceed 14 pages to avoid page charges. A paper submitted to ER 2010 cannot be under review for any other conference or journal. Program Co-Chairs:
